CASH
There are several key components to ensuring the cash needs of YOUR business are met. The most important of these is the ability to pay it's owner.  The invoices you send to your customers need to be paid.

In order to manage cash, you need to ensure all transactions are recorded in your books.  It also requires that you periodically reconcile your accounts with the bank.  This will avoid nasty surprises, like forgetting to record a lease payment.

To keep the suppliers of the business continually providing the goods and services and have content employees, means forecasting your bank balance to avoid cash shortages.  We will also assist you in becoming more proactive with cash management by developing and maintaining cash flow forecasts.

We can become your liaison with the bank.   You then deal with what you do best - running the business!
