COLLECTIONS
Your company has done the work yet you have not been paid.
We will work with you to collect the monies owed to you by your customers. A variety of methods are used including statements and telephone calls. However, the level of "toughness" of the collections is set by you.
We will work with your sales team to ensure that they are aware of any payment issues. Reports will be developed to advise managers of collection status, keeping the collection issues visible to all who need to know.
A key component to collections starts when the account is set up. We will review your credit policies and assist you in determining the creditworthiness of a new account or changes to the terms of existing accounts.
